Cancellation Policy

The treatments you select are reserved especially for you. A 48 hour cancellation notice is kindly required. Some bookings require a 2 week cancellation notice. Please make sure that you call us directly if you need to cancel for any reason. Thank you for your consideration for other clients and staff.


Credit Cards

We accept Visa, Mastercard, debit or cash. To secure your appointment a credit card number will be required.


Gift Certificates

Are non-refundable and fully transferable. For more information email us or call: 1.888.265.1155 ext. 4


Gratuities

Are non-refundable and fully transferable. Prices do not include taxes and gratuities. 15% surcharge will be added to all services 90 minutes and over. Gratuities are greatly appreciated, as well as your referrals.


Reservations

Spa services are available on a daily basis. We recommend calling as far in advance as possible to ensure that appointment times are available. We require a credit card number as well as a phone number that you can be reached at in order to secure your desired appointment time.


Spa Attire

We suggest you wear comfortable clothing. For some treatments a shower may be needed afterwards. There are full shower facilities available in the spa. Robes and towels will be provided.

Are subject to change without notice and do not include GST or gratuities.
